Part Time Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly and organised individual to join our clients team as a Part-time Receptionist, providing essential support and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
Title: Part-Time Receptionist Location: Briton Ferry, Neath, SA11 Salary: £9,360 per annum Manufacturing Industry Shift Pattern: 15 hours per week (Tuesdays & Fridays, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) Your responsibilities as a Part Time Receptionist: .
Ensure calls are transferred to the right department.

Sign in visitors/contractors, print badges using VMS.
.
Manage bookings for meeting rooms and boardrooms.
.
Sort incoming mail, send out packages, arrange couriers (mainly DHL).
.
Organise travel for UK employees.
.
Help with invoice tracking for payment processing.
.
Assist with various office tasks, including using the franking machine for outgoing post.
Requirements: .
Previous administrative experience.
.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
.
Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
