Part-Time Premises Assistant

Hours: Mondays, 6 hours per week (hours flexible)Actual starting salary (calculated pro rate): £3810 per annum Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments We are seeking a part time Premises Assistant to join us at Lindfield Primary Academy and Blackthorns Community Primary (both based in Lindfield), to help us ensure that the school sites are clean, secure and safe for all users.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the general care, maintenance and servicing of academy buildings and groundsWorking within current health and safety legislationProviding a customer-facing / positive service Helping to maintain a clean, safe, hygienic and secure site You will have: Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting & decorating, general garden maintenance etcExperience of maintaining health & safety in a workplaceA good working knowledge of Microsoft officeFull clean driving licence with access to own transportThe ability to work as part of our team and independently
