Part-Time Personal Morning/Evening Care For Retired Doctor Near Oxford

Personal carer sought for family member, a retired doctor aged 87.
He has a caregiver who visits two mornings a week; we are looking for another experienced, responsible caregiver to help out for three or four other mornings per week (about 2 hrs) and a couple of evenings (flexible, about 4 hrs).
This is largely mealtime care, as well as dressing/washing and occasional stoma care.
