They should demonstrate a genuine affinity with the mission and objectives of the charity and possess the ability to manage critical relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential, along with excellent administrative skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
A proactive, self-motivated team player is required, who can confidently take the initiative and work independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for articulating complex issues clearly.
