12:30pm – 5:30pmOur client is a main car dealership who are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their existing team and assist as a Part Time Perm in Swindon.As a Receptionist you will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and delivering outstanding customer service, You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly and assist in any way required.Receptionist: Greeting customers, introducing to service, parts & salesAnswering telephone calls and relay messages as requiredProviding refreshments to customers whilst they waitKeeping the showroom friendly and under controlAdministration duties for the running of the dealership, holiday cover, sickness records, Health & safetyCustomer satisfaction recordsMust be able to work with initiative under pressure About You: You will need to be highly organisedExcellent computer skills – Must be trained on ExcelHave a smart appearanceExcellent telephone manner and customer facing skillsEnthusiasticDriving licence preferable Package:£9 an hourHours:Monday – Friday 12:30 – 5:30
