By being a 'friendly neighbour', you'll be co-ordinating the development, managing contractors, completing health and safety checks and much more!Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll be managing both the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners.
You'll be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers and internal Churchill Colleagues.This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners and is hugely rewarding.About youYour passion for excellent customer service is vital.

You'll know when to act with sensitivity and diplomacy but also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety and the security of the development, displaying good judgement and the ability to be calm under pressure.
Despite the high levels of social contact with residents, you will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative.To support with the organisation of events and to effectively administer the maintenance of the site, you'll be an accomplished administrator and computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.This position is ideally suited to people with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity and health & social care sectors.
