Role To support on all HR related issues Advise and coach on HR Policies Provide updates on key changes on legislation Ensure resolution of employee relations Support management on disciplinary, grievance and employee issues Work closely with senior management team on developing an operational plan and business strategy Reviewing ad updating the equality and diversity strategy Overseeing recruitment, selection and on boarding process Managing company appraisal system Accessing the need for training and working with line managers to design and implement Help and guide the senior leadership team on setting and reviewing pay structures and benefits Ideal candidate Must have HR experience across all areas above.
