Part - time Graphic Designer 16 hours per week flexible on days & hours salary: £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata, dependent on experience Pension scheme Free parking Loyalty bonus Refer a friend bonus Free Bluelight card Permanent Work from home potential We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in industry-standard design software.
This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, contributing to our brand identity, and helping us engage effectively with our target audiences.

As our Graphic Designer, you will work within our small but busy Marketing department.
You will help deliver impactful designs that reflect our brand values and resonate with our clients and caregivers.
Key responsibilities Design and produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with campaign objectives.
Create designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Develop engaging layouts for print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant techniques into your work.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for projects.
Qualifications & Skills At least 3-4 years of experience in a graphic design role, either in an agency or in-house team.
Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio showcasing a variety of previous design projects (must be submitted with your application).
Knowledge of creating assets for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing.
Familiarity with preparing files for print production, including working with external printers.
Experience designing email creatives for marketing campaigns.
Ability to support the wider team with Canva projects as needed.
