Part-Time Educational Psychologist Specialist

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education.
As an Educational Psychologist, you will work with schools to support the development of therapeutic environments and implement Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice.
Your key responsibilities will include providing psychological assessment and intervention for pupils, offering guidance to education teams, and providing supervision to agreed members of the clinical team.
You will also engage in professional development training for all staff and communicate with families/carers and specialist agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a master's or doctoral professional qualification in Educational Psychology and be registered with the HCPC.
They will be creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with complex needs and have experience of working in this field.
