Part-Time Ea / Office Coordinator

Are you an ambitious, motivated character, who thrives on running everything from creating an amazing first impression on reception, to providing high-level support to the CEO?
Then this amazing role within fast-paced tech firm could be for you!
Working Monday-Friday, you will be on hand to provide support to the CEO with diary and travel - as well as being on hand for any last minute requests - support the wider exec team as needed, and also be on hand to do everything to ensure the office is running seamlessly.
From answering the phone, to dealing with suppliers, and even organising the Christmas party - no job will be too big or too small for you!
At interview you will be able to speak to: Providing top level C-suite support in a fast-paced environment Managing busy diaries Booking international travel itineraries Providing ad hoc support as needed in the moment Managing a busy office Providing exceptional front of house experience without letting the EA side down Sorting events Experience within a tech start-up or similar, as the sole support function will be a big plus here.
We are hiring this role for an ASAP start - it will be a 6 month temporary contract, and candidates on a notice period will not be considered.
Please note there is the opportunity to work from home in this role, but flexibility to be in the office when needed will be required (minimum 2 days).
