Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as an Driver This role will be based at Lutterworth Country House, in the heart of Bitteswell near Lutterworth.
The home has been specially designed to cater to the every need of 66 residents, living with a range of age related, physical and mental health conditions that require dignified support from our caring team.
Additionally, many of our residents are living with early onset and advance stages of Dementia.
It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our resident's individual abilities.

In return for your commitment to our residents, we can offer range of excellent benefits including; - Hourly rates of pay ranging from £11.67 to £12.00 per hour dependent upon qualification level -The driver must be over 25 years with a clean driving licence and been driving 3+ years for insurance purpose.

Responsibilities of our Driver include: \n Driving the minibus vehicle \n Responsible for the safety, comfort and welfare of residents, relatives and staff \n Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks \n Carry out basic vehicle maintenance e.g., oil levels, cleaning and refuel of vehicle as required \n Arrange the service and MOT of the vehicle when necessary to maintain basic working order and to prevent unnecessary deterioration of the vehicle \n Report any vehicle defects, faults, incidents and accidents \n Be responsible for the maintenance of the emergency first aid boxes \n Maintain the cleanliness of the minibus inside out and ensure the vehicle is in a clean and roadworthy condition before and after use \n Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and accurate records of the residents using the service each day \n If you feel have the skills and experience to become our Driver please click 'apply' today, and we'll ensure to be in touch!
