Job Overview: Training Duration: Approx.
7 weeks (9am - 3pm, Monday - Friday) Post-Training Shifts: Monday to Friday 5:30pm or 6:30pm - 10:30pm 1 in 5 Saturdays , 1 in 6 Sundays , and 2 Bank Holidays per year Part-Time Shifts: Monday to Friday, either 17:30 - 22:30 or 18:30 - 22:30 Hybrid Working: Potential available after 12 weeks, depending on business needs Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls Identify and order spare parts/accessories Cross-sell products and services where applicable Provide high-quality customer service and support Skills & Experience Required: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Confident and able to use your initiative Excellent attention to detail Highly customer-focused with a passion for helping others Computer literate with the ability to use various systems Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns Positive attitude and professional demeanor Additional Information: Weekend Shifts: 1 in 5 Saturdays, 1 in 6 Sundays, and 2 Bank Holidays per year Hybrid Working: Available after 12 weeks, depending on business needs If you're looking for a rewarding career with a supportive team and the opportunity to go permanent, we would love to hear from you.
