Part Time Conveyancer

Job Title: PART TIME Conveyancing Fee Earner ( hours per week) Salary: Up to £, per annum (pro rata) Location: Office-based (Flexible hours) A well-established high street law firm is looking for an experienced and confident Part-Time Senior Paralegal/Conveyancer to join their team.
This role offers flexibility in working hours, allowing you to choose how you complete the hours per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to an experienced Licensed Conveyancer in managing their caseload.Take ownership of a small portion of the caseload, managing it from start to finish.Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.Assist in the preparation of contracts, legal documentation, and client correspondence.
Requirements Previous experience in a conveyancing paralegal role or fee earner position, with a solid understanding of the process from instruction to post-completion.Ability to confidently handle a range of conveyancing tasks with minimal supervision.Strong organisational and communication skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
