Part Time Community Host

Job Description Portico are looking for several part time Community Hosts to build a brand-new team, based at an exciting new campus in Birmingham.
The project is set to redefine the workspace experience in the city, offering a large amenity space and setting a new benchmark for collaborative work environments.
It is a bold reimagining of two buildings, merged to create a dynamic new destination for work, retail, and leisure.  Our team will take full ownership of the front of house area within the property, as well as helping the building management team with the smooth running of the property operations.
The Community Hosts will provide a seamless, friendly and authentic end to end customer experience for tenants and their guests.
Hours: 32 hours per week.
Available shifts are 7am-1:30pm or 12:30pm-7pm from Mon-Fri  Salary: £23,000-£24,000 based on experience.
Qualifications We are looking for a friendly candidate with a passion for service and attention to detail.
They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients, as well as possessing strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.  The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service, preferably within a high-end setting.
They will have strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stake holders.
