Job Description We are seeking individuals for our part-time Community Home Helper positions.
This role is perfect for those who have accumulated a wealth of life experience and wish to use it to support elderly individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities: Provide companionship and engaging conversation, drawing on your life experiences.
Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
Help with personal care in a manner that respects the client's dignity.
Encourage and support physical activities and exercises.
Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility.
Accompany clients to appointments and social events, providing transportation if needed.
