Perfect part time hours for those looking for that extra work or to work around student timetables Hours : Mixed Start and Finish times - Monday to Friday Pay Rate : £11.44 per hour (base) Location : Burton on Trent & Surrounding Areas Job duties aren't limited to the following for a Catering Assistant: * Supporting the kitchen with their preparation of dishes * Keeping kitchen stations etc.
clean in line with health and safety policies * Serving food items to children and staff * Handling any payments for meals and recognizing free school dinners etc.
* Cleaning canteen tables as you go, ready for the next group of children/staff Requirements needed for a Catering Assistant (Schools/Care homes): * An enhanced child DBS - Can assist with attainment (for a cost) * Able to commit to part-time hours ongoing Requirements for Part time Catering Assistant (Other): * Is able to both speak and understand English well.
* Has worked in a customer facing environment or has a catering background * Trustworthy * Can work at a fast pace * Can use their own initiative * Is warm, friendly and approachable * Is outgoing and able to build a rapport with students and other staff member APPLY NOW!
