Part Time Caretaker

We are looking for a part time site manager for an Industrial Estate in Aberbargoed The hours are flexible at 3 hours a day (Monday to Friday) on a self-employed basis Main duties to include: grass cutting, weeding, litter picking and cleaning small toilet block Good customer service with tenants is a key part of this job Rate of pay £13 per hour + attractive bonus scheme based on lettings
