We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrator (25 hours per week) to join our dynamic People Team at our Head Office in Kingswinford.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by providing essential administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Manager and wider People Team.
What you'll be doing: Assisting Talent Acquisition Manager with job postings, scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
Utilising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support seamless candidate experience.
Supporting the People team with onboarding tasks for new hires.
Providing administrative support to the wider People Team and Executive Assistant.
Handling various administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry.

Organisation Skills: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication IT Proficiency: Proven skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Confidentiality: The ability to maintain confidentiality This role is based on 25 hours per week, we can offer flexibility in working hours spread over 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday.
