Part time Administrator Droitwich Temporary Part time - 18 hours per week £11.44 per hour ASAP Start Our client, a leading paint manufacturer, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their site in Droitwich.
The working hours for this role are 18 hours between Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
The client are flexible and are happy to agree to shifts that are suitable for both the business and the successful candidate.
The Administrator provides support to the Logistics function and the customer services team.
You will be involved in inputting data from stores requisitions into Excel and maintaining reports.
You will be responsible for issuing invoices by email and working in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will have customer service experience within an office-based environment.
You will have outstanding communication skills with handling customers and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will be IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages and be able to prioritise your own workload.
Please note this is not a hybrid role, the role is based onsite.
