As a Part Time Accounts Assistant based in Aberdeen, you'll be responsible for: Working within the Cashroom department covering the William Wilson brand as part of a team supporting 23 branches across ScotlandProcessing branch bankings and resolving any resulting queriesCoding & processing direct debits, standing orders & online paymentsPreparation of bank reconciliationsAnd here's what we'd like you to have: Flexibility – willing to learn a wide range of department proceduresAbility to prioritise competing demands on timeAbility to work to deadlinesGood Excel skills would be desirableAccuracy is essentialThis role is a part time role, working up to hours a week between Monday – Friday.
