Role Overview The role focuses on selling parts to both existing and prospective customers, with the goal of expanding current business and identifying new opportunities to support the Service department.
Working Hours : Monday to Thursday, 8:15 am-5:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am-4:00 pm.
Work Model : Hybrid (3 days per week in the Portadown office and 2 days remote after approval).

Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email.
Conduct proactive outbound calls to key accounts, merchants, and potential customers.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently within agreed timelines.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
Update customer databases accurately and process orders through the system.
Reassure customers by addressing their concerns and ensuring solutions are provided.
Maintain effective communication with customers to promptly resolve queries.
Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as account management teams, credit control, and sales operations.
Adhere to company procedures and compliance requirements.
Support team members and management as needed.
Achieve or exceed individual business activity targets.
Ensure high accuracy in all order processing, including credit card transactions.
Meet KPI targets set by management.
Undertake ad hoc duties as needed, collaborating with other departments when required.
Promote a compliance-driven culture and uphold high standards of integrity, safety, environmental care, and quality.
Qualifications Essential : Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
Desirable : Degree-level education.
Experience and Knowledge Previous experience in sales is essential.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close sales professionally.
Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
Proven ability to deliver results efficiently and on time.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Proficient in IT, particularly MS Office and Sage.
