Job Title: Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner Location: Hybrid Working Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE Benefits: Study Support Offered to complete ACCA/CIMA Growth and Development Structure with clear progression Yearly Bonus Scheme Generous Pension Contribution Hybrid Working Model Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading FMCG manufacturing company as a Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner.
This role is essential in delivering financial insights and driving efficiency across the production and operational teams.
Working closely with the Senior Business Controller, you'll gain hands-on experience with financial planning and analysis, all while receiving support for your professional qualifications and the chance to progress within the finance team.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Support financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Performance Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, including variance analysis, to ensure business targets are met.
Cost Control & Efficiency: Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to control costs and maximize operational efficiency.
Decision-Making Insights: Provide meaningful analysis and insights on financial data to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
Month-End Support: Participate in month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities to support the business's financial health and objectives.
Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner , working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Qualifications: Part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA, with a commitment to completing professional qualifications.
Technical Skills: Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, with a strong ability to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets.
Communication Skills: Effective communicator with the confidence to share insights and recommendations with team members and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
