THURROCK, ESSEX £85-110 PER DAY PAYE LONG TERM CONTRACTS Can you be a role model to students who have SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental, Health) Are you resilient and ready for a challenge?

We are currently working with a wonderful Academy that are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work within their SEND provision, you will be supporting their secondary students who are struggling to flourish in the mainstream environment, these students have ASD, ADHD and/or SEMH.
They are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has experience working with SEMH and who is passionate and empathetic.
This setting has the ethos that to learn to full potential a student has to be emotionally, mentally and physically ready.
The curriculum they deliver works to specifically develop all three of these areas.
They understand that physical and emotional wellbeing is off the upmost importance.
If needed they offer their students out-reach mentoring and counselling services and also additional support for fine and gross motor skills.
