Parker Smith Inclusion is excited to collaborate with a welcoming primary school in Basildon, and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Learning Support Assistants.

Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Thurrock
Duration: 5 days per week
Hours: Full time
Term: Term time only
Payment: PAYE, £85-100 per day
Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 15:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Work in group or 1:1 settings, utilising the school's diverse environments, including the mindfulness treehouse, sensory garden, and expansive outdoor spaces.
Support students in their academic and personal development.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
A passion for education and a commitment to student well-being.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
