Parker Smith is teaming up with a reputable mainstream primary school in Thurrock, and we're on the lookout for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our mission.
Location: Thurrock
Salary: £85-£95 PAYE, term time only
About the Role: As an LSA, you'll work closely with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and challenging behavior.
You'll provide one-on-one or small group support, assist in implementing individual education plans, and create a nurturing learning environment.
This temp-to-perm position offers stability and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.
Requirements: Previous experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behavior preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals.
