Parker Smith Inclusion is on the lookout for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant and supportive team at a specialised SEMH school.
This is your chance to contribute to the development of children in KS1 and KS2 while working in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
About the Role:
As an LSA, you'll support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Classroom Support : Work in small class sizes of just 6 students , ensuring every child receives personalised attention.
1:1 and Group Work : Deliver tailored support for individual students and facilitate small group sessions to build their confidence and skills.
Engaging Activities : Take an active role in dynamic school activities and enrich students' experiences through fun and educational off-site trips .
Holistic Approach : Help students grow academically, emotionally, and socially, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
