Parker Smith is teaming up with a mainstream primary school in Brentwood, and we're seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dynamic team.
Location : Brentwood
Salary : £85-£95 PAYE, term time only
About the Role: As an LSA, you'll provide essential support to students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behavior, empowering them to succeed academically and socially.
This temp-to-perm opportunity offers competitive pay rates and a supportive work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behavior preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals.
