That is why Home Instead are offering a rewarding position to join the evening Care Assistant team, where your working days are based around your availability. As an evening Care Assistant your responsibilities can include but are not limited to: Tea-time visits, preparing dinner for clients 'Tuck-in' visits to support clients with their evening routine Providing personal care in a respectful and caring manner Home-help Companionship Prompting medication administration Ensuring clients can remain independent in their own homes As a member of the Evening Care Assistant team your working hours will be 17:00-23:00. and your days of work will be based around your availability.
Rates of pay are £12.25 on weekdays, and £13.50 on weekends Bank holidays are paid at double the standard rate.
Qualifications You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Assistant, just a passion for making a positive difference to others.
A valid drivers license and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
