Parcel Delivery Driver

Parcel Delivery Driver (Multidrop) Kidlington, Oxfordshire £16.77 per hour Temporary (Until late December 2024) Pertemps Didcot are currently recruiting for Multidrop Van Drivers to work for a company based in Kidlington near Oxford.
The role will require you to make deliveries and collections with the large company delivery van.
Although this position is temporary until the end of the year, there may be the opportunity for a full-time permanent employment contract for the right candidates.
The successful Driver will be responsible for: Helping load own vehicle at the start of each shift Making 50-60 deliveries plus collections each day in a safe but efficient manner Using a PDA to ensure deliveries and collections are recorded in accordance with company procedures Communicating any issues throughout the day with the transport office As the Multi Drop Delivery Driver you will have: Good knowledge of the highway code and safe driving practices Good knowledge of Oxfordshire DVLA Category B licence entitlement No more than six penalty points No DD/DR/IN or CU endorsements due to insurance restrictions More about the Driver role: Working a Monday to Friday week from 08:30am (Start times may vary slightly each day) Saturday shifts may be available Core hours: 40 hours per week Free on-site parking is available Immediate start date available, following security clearances If you would like to speak to us about this 3.5t Multi drop Driver vacancy, please click apply or contact Charlie in our Didcot branch.
