As a Senior Paraplanner Team Leader , you will be an integral part of the firm's continued success, providing advanced technical support, managing complex cases, and fostering the growth of a skilled team.
Duties will include but not limited to: Act as the main point of contact for all senior technical support.
Oversee and manage complex financial planning cases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
Mentor and support junior team members, promoting professional development and excellence.
Prepare bespoke suitability reports and client financial plans.
