At Fairview Financial Management, we're on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated paraplanner to join our friendly team in Rayleigh.
About Us: We're a small, but growing independent financial planning firm based in Rayleigh, Essex.
We have a smart office located in the high street and work with families across the county, mainly face-to-face, helping them make the most of their money to live better lives.
Our advice is driven by proper financial planning, with the firm belief that the solutions we recommend are purely tools in the bag to help get the outcomes our clients are looking for.
We also have a growing mortgage and protection advice side to the business that follows the same ethos.
What You'll Do: We believe that everybody should play in their best position.
This is a true paraplanning role where you'll own the recommendation and advice process.
There's a dedicated in-house administrator for you to delegate to, which will leave you free to focus on what you do best.
Work alongside our financial advisers to create comprehensive financial plans Prepare and produce detailed reports and recommendations for clients Conduct research on financial products and services to ensure we're offering the most suitable solutions Assist with client communication and ensure that all documentation is up to date Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a paraplanner, ideally 2 years Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Great communication skills - we want someone who can explain complex ideas in a friendly and straightforward way and who isn't afraid to challenge and put forward their ideas A team player who is eager to learn and grow We'd Love It If You Have Experience Using: FE Analytics or similar research tools Selectapension Voyant Aviva, 7IM, Royal London & Prudential platforms 2plan backoffice Why Join Us?
