Paraplanner Up to £35,000 Hybrid working Cardiff Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with your clients and respond effectively Ensure T&Cs are maintained and money laundering processes are adhered to Meet client service standards and service levels agreements Provide a service to ensure clients are retained k Establish good lines of communication with the IFA's, Paraplanners and administrator to ensure all relevant parties understand the status of work.
Accurately produce high quality client friendly reports which outline recommendations and why they are suitable.
Requirements Previous experience as a Paraplanner Experience in Investments and Finance Level 4 Diploma or working towards Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team - Relevant certification or degree in Finance or a related field
