The business is independently owned and has a team of 6, growing to 8, who all enjoy working together.
The business was established over 10 years ago and has through organic growth year-on-year from professional introducer and client referrals amassed over £100m of FuM.
They are seeking a Senior Paraplanner / Chartered Paraplanner to join the team to support their 2 Financial Advisers.
The business offers truly independent, holistic financial planning and cashflow modelling to clients, which are often HNW and UHNW, many of which being business owners.
You will be responsible for researching pensions, investments and protection, undertaking full analysis of the clients existing circumstances and objectives / ambitions and then write a comprehensive proposal to achieve those goals.
There will often be opportunities for you to attend some of the client meetings and hear first hand the clients needs and aspirations.
Due to the nature of their clients often having complex financial planning solutions, the business requires a highly knowledgeable and skilled Paraplanner to best support their Financial Advisers.

You will work alongside and be supported by their Office Manager and 3 Administrators, so that you can focus on the technical duties.
Due to the growth plans and how this roles fits within the business, they are not looking for someone keen to become an Adviser.
However, they would support your continued technical knowledge progression and also could see this role leading into a Head of Department type role (such as leading the support team).
In addition, they always value their teams input into improving processes and utilising technology.
