LocationBristol Salary £28000 - £38000 TypePermanent WorkplaceOn-Site Ref87116 Recruiter Managing This Role Paraplanning Administrator Up to £38,000Bristol Responsibilities Produce simple suitability letters and non-complex recommendation reports Assist paraplanners with the collation of research gathering and documentation needed for all financial planning reports, recommendations and suitability letters Process and manage new business and servicing through to completion.
Handle the submission, account set up and tracking of applications, transactions, transfers, payments and other client-related processes.
Chase progress of applications; managing any issues arising and keeping clients up to date with any progress Handling investment management payments to clients and third parties Prepare, maintain and check all client files and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards Requirements Senior Administrator or equivalent background Good understanding of the provision of regulated advice and investment management services Ability to focus on a clients perspective and provide an excellent client experience Computer Skills competent in the use of relevant packages including Word and Excel, experience of using client record and database systems
