Candidate profile: 2+ years experience in residential conveyancing.
Strong academics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pro-active and team orientated individual.
Key responsibilities: Maintaining contact with clients, housebuilders and agents with sending weekly reports.
Dealing with client instructions promptly.
Drafting legal documentation.
Handling conveyancing process and post-settlement work.
