This is an exiting opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal who is seeking to work in a dynamic award-winning law firm.Candidate profile:6+ months experience in residential conveyancing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Pro-active and team orientated individual.Key responsibilities:Acting for clients in the purchase and sale of homes.Maintaining contact with clients, housebuilders and agents with sending weekly reports.
Dealing with client instructions promptly.Drafting legal documentation.Handling conveyancing process and post-settlement work.
