Our client is seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join their Private Client team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role: Assisting with the preparation and supervising the execution of Wills as well as Probatedealing with estates Liaising with clients and answering general queries via email, over the phone and face-to-face Registering and drafting of LPAs and EPAs Administering liquidation of assets, preparing estate accounts and distribution of the estate Required Skills and Qualifications: Law degree - ideally LLB, LLM, LPC or Cilex Experience - Private Client experience a plus A good level of computer literacy Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients My client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000depending on experience.
