Research zoning laws, property taxes, and due diligence materials.
Qualifications for the Paralegal - Real Estate (Residential + BTL): Associate's degree or paralegal certification (Bachelor's preferred).
2-5 years of real estate law experience.
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office.
