Paralegal

Location : Poole Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, office based Salary: £22K to £26K depending on experience Benefits: 25 days holidays, Auto Enrolment pension My client is now seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide legal support and administration to their Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing teams in Poole.This is a great role for someone who has a desire to progress into a qualified legal role in the future.The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in the property market.
You will support a busy Associate Solicitor and be part of a small but strong team of brilliant people.
Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal: Typing client care letters Legal research Attending to clients on a daily basis either by telephone or face to face Reviewing diary for appointments Dealing with initial enquiries Assisting with the legal advice Requirements of the Paralegal: Genuine interest in the property market Ideally be studying CILEx or Law (but not essential) Good organisational skills Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail Professional appearance Exercise a high degree of common sense Ability to use initiative Strong organizational skills Proficient with MS Office applications JTRA1_UKTJ
