Our client in Park Gate is growing their legal team and is looking to recruit a Paralegal with residential property experience.
You will be focusing on property auction matters which have extremely quick turnaround times.

Responsibilities: - Prepare legal documents for auction property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages.
- Conduct title searches and review property records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with lenders and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth closing process.
- Prepare closing statements and settlement documents.
- Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.
Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet very tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Salary dependent on experience.
