This role will sit in a global legal team and support legal entity management, intragroup transactions and other global legal functions.
Your new role Organising and updating precedents and templates.
Drafting standard form legal documents.
Reviewing and negotiating NDAs and engagement letters.
Making Companies House filings.
Assisting with document execution.
Reviewing and updating company books and records via the Diligent Entities system.
Archiving and disposing of documents in line with team protocols.
Engaging and instructing external counsel where appropriate.
Performing general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed Good legal drafting ability (board/shareholder resolutions, promissory notes, etc.)
1+ years' experience working in an inhouse/ private practice environment.
Prior experience with statuatory compliance, directoral changes, resolution drafting.
Ability to work under pressure and with a high volume and multiple streams of work.
Law degree / GDL (2+).
Spanish language skills are a bonus but not required.
