Paralegal

We are working with a successful, family owned business that is looking to strengthen their legal team with the recruitment of an In-House Paralegal.
The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate and commercial law, and be responsible for ensuring the legal team are supported, and able to produce all documents and information across a wide range of commercial and corporate areas, with accuracy and in a timely manner.
This is an excellent role for an individual that will thrive in a role that enables you to work autonomously but also have the support of a highly knowledgable In-House Lawyer.
The role ideally suits a career paralegal and working in-house or making the move from private practice.
Key Responsibilities Review and draft routine legal documents, checking for accuracy Create and maintain files Conduct legal research when required Attend meetings for note taking where requested Key skills & Qualifications Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate Strong communication skills High attention to detail Strong MS Office skills For more information please contact Kirsty Gill ******
