Capio Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established, ADS law firm in Bristol that is seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Gain hands on experience advising on a diverse range of employment law matters such as: Unfair dismissal claims Discrimination and whistleblowing Advising on employee handbooks and employment contracts Providing advisory HR services and handling advocacy.
Collaborate with a friendly and inclusive team, with a strong emphasis on personal development and internal career progression.
