Paralegal

Hayward Hawk are working in partnership with a respected law firm in Belfast, currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to work alongside their Solicitors.
This role is perfect for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple cases and provide excellent client support.
Candidates must have some experience working with Wills/Probate or Conveyancying.
The Role: Assisting solicitors in handling Wills, Probate, and Conveyancing cases from initial instructions through to completion Drafting and preparing legal documents paperwork Conducting legal research and gathering necessary client information Managing and maintaining accurate client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements Coordinating with third parties, such as banks, estate agents, and land registries, to facilitate conveyancing transactions Sort and distribute mail, and send outgoing mail as needed The candidate: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paralegal, with specific experience in Wills, Probate, and Conveyancing Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Ability to handle a busy caseload and work to deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software is advantageous Skills: Paralegal Belfast Legal
