Our client, a top US law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong academics and previous experience as a Corporate Paralegal.

The Role: Processing amendments to fund contracts.
Reviewing subscription agreements to fund investments.
Preparing closing bibles.
Communicating with clients and foreign council.
Proofreading documents.
Researching law sources and legal opinions.
Conducting company and market research.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following:
Very strong academics.
1+ years experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
Excellent communication / interpersonal / adaptability skills.
Enthusiasm to develop a wider understanding of the area and tackle new and unfamiliar tasks.
Eagerness to tackle increasingly complex legal work with a willingness to work overtime.
