What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role: Liaising with clients and answering general queries via email, over the and face-to-face Opening and closing files Typingdictation e.g.
letters, attendance notes, reports etc.
Creating and amending completion statements Producing and submitting HM Land Registry applicationson the HM Land Registry portal Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous relevant experience would be preferred - this may be as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal or Legal Secretary Experience with HM Land Registry documents, SDLT portal & ordering property searches Good typing and administration skills essential My client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000depending on experience.
