VACANCY ALERT - PANEL BEATER - BOLTON AREA Our client is looking to recruit a Panel Beater for their busy main dealership in the Bolton area.
Working within the Bodyshop team, you will be completing quality work in a busy, modern workshop and your main duties will be to repair insurance damaged vehicles on time to meet customer expectations.
Key responsibilities of the Bodyshop Panel Beater: To carry out body repairs in an efficient, skilful and safe manner.
Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers' specifications.
Repair the vehicle right first time Work over 100% efficiency.
Clean and tidy mindset.
To successfully apply for this role you will need to be qualified to NVQ, City & Guilds or ATA standards, however, we will consider candidates who have a significant amount of 'hands on' experience but no formal qualifications 40 hours per week - Rota basis working an 8.5 hour day between the hours of 6am - 8pm (very flexible) Basic Salary: £30k - £35k Basic but very much dependent on experience OTE of £50k Uncapped and certainly achievable Company benefits - Company Pension Scheme 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays which increases with length of service Length of service recognition and rewards Half a day Birthday leave Christmas gifts Staff car and Tech scheme Great discounts across a number of departments.
