Your responsibilities will include: Being responsible for the day-to-day paid media management of our large portfolio of campaigns Mentoring less experienced members of the Paid and Campaign delivery team Optimizing social campaigns across multiple campaigns across all channels Being data focused and mathematically inclined Displaying creativity when using ad tools Driving ROI and trackable conversions not just to amplify views Tracking conversion and pixel implementation Explaining a paid strategy to clients Working well in teams and thriving under pressure Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying strategies for each brand and their target audience Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the client services team in selling paid media services Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and paid media campaigns are delivered Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple social campaigns Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with results Running global campaigns Proficient reporting Confidently solving problems for our global clients Required experience to apply: 3+ years experience in paid social media Have the ability to work within a team & individually Motivated to run global campaigns Have the ability to work under pressure & to deadlines Company Culture and Benefits: Regular social events and ongoing clubs £200 grant to make your working-from-home set up comfortable once you've passed probation Provided MacBook laptop to work from Flexi-hours Remote/Hybrid Working Health and wellbeing allowance once you've passed probation Health Insurance after you've passed probation Life Insurance Policy 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays, accruing up to 30 days based on length of service Birthday & Work Anniversary Days Off Length of Service Gifts In-office benefits such as beauty treatments & Yoga Flexible Bank Holidays Volunteering Days Free Flu Jabs Plus Many More!
