We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our digital marketing team reporting into the Head of Digital.
About the job: Digital Marketing is our biggest customer acquisition driver at Adanola.
We are looking for someone who can help scale this further by leading our in-house team and agency partners to success.
About your responsibilities: Performance: Build and execute an effective and efficient Paid Social strategy, optimised towards new customer acquisition across our UK, EU + US markets.
Measure in platform performance across; Meta, TikTok and Pinterest on a weekly / monthly and quarterly basis, keeping a pulse on results that feed our business goals and strategy.
Using measurement tools such as GA4 and Foshpa (MMM) to uncover attributed performance to inform budget making decisions.
Align with our Brand team on how best to deliver digital first creative across all funnel activations, whilst being innovative and leaning into new placement opportunities.
Create a tight feedback loop with Brand & Creative teams to showcase what assets are performing, contextualise your findings using creative rational.
Create a testing framework across all Social platforms to ensure we have the best account structure in place.
Ensure each test is reaching statistical significance whilst creating a space to capture all learnings and insights.
Take time to review the market to ensure we are top of our game and ahead of industry changes.
Be proactive, attend events to network & upskill yourself and your team at every opportunity.
Management: Lead our growing in-house team to success, focusing on their personal development and technical platform knowledge.
Ensure external partners are engaged and performing to a high standard.
Current partners include; Digital agency, MMM partner, platform account managers and SEO resource.
Full management of all media spend, ensuring budget is driving efficiencies per platform, per market.
Analytics: Working closely with our in-house Tech team to ensure all CAPI / API / PIXEL based tracking is in place, updated and firing with accuracy.
Working between several interfaces such as GTM and GA4 to ensure all channel activity is accounted for to uncover a holistic view of performance.
Working with our MMM partner Foshpa to review budget allocation per market, per platform, contextualising the commercials of our Digital activity.
About you: We are looking for a Digital Marketing expert with 5+ years' DTC experience.
Experienced at a high level across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest ads Manager, you will live and breathe Digital Marketing.
Up to date on key industry changes that could impact us in the future such as the latest from iOS or the loss of third-party cookie data.
We love a team player, we are a lean team and it is essential that you have the skills and attitude to work collaboratively across all departments.
You will be familiar with attribution modelling and platform measurement, and able to hit the ground running with the processes we already have in place.
You can pull, interpret, and analyse platform data and have the ability to translate this insight to your colleagues where relevant.
You're able to think strategically about the Adanola brand as well as rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in with wider team tasks if need be.
You have extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to independently build and deploy a strategy that is aligned with our business goals and pillars.
Showcase strong analytical & technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot regular platform issues.
