Paid Social Manager, Social Agency Location: Manchester Salary: £40K - £50K We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join a rapidly growing social agency.
If you're a data-driven with a passion for paid social, this role offers an exciting platform to drive impactful campaigns and shape the agency's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimise paid social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to continually refine ad strategies and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals and messaging, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling.
Manage budgets efficiently, delivering results within allocated spend and reporting on key metrics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media, applying new techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Experience At least 2-3 years of experience in a paid social role, within an agency.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experienced in running conversion campaigns.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong collaborative skills, with experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
